Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Empower Well Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions as well as couples therapy to address relationship and family dynamics.
\n
• Specializing in various therapeutic areas including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and familial conflicts.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client and family unit.
\n
• Documenting treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
\n
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient health.
\n
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults and children/adolescents facing various mental health challenges. You will address complex issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse problems.
\n
• Effects of psychological and physical abuse.

• Grief and loss during significant life transitions.
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members, including siblings and parent-child relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
