Minimum Requirements 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in SNF / LTC. Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice. Licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of CA. Experience in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.
