The Bartender is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the bar by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service to members and guests. This role contributes to an exceptional club dining experience by maintaining high standards of service, product knowledge, and presentation in a refined, hospitality-focused environment.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures

• Serve food items to members and guests as needed

• Maintain complete knowledge of menu and beverage offerings, including wine, spirits, beer, and specialty drinks

• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times

• Enter sales accurately into the POS system and process member transactions

• Balance cash bank and sales reports with accuracy

• Complete end-of-shift inventory and stock requisition reports

• Remove trash and recycling at the end of the shift

• Support fellow team members to ensure smooth service operations

• Minimum of one year of previous bartending experience

• High school diploma or GED required

• Responsible Vendor and Food Handler certifications required

• Ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, and team members in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills with a professional demeanor

• Ability to remain composed and organized under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

• Ability to push or pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching

• Ability to work outdoors and withstand warm weather conditions for extended periods

• Ability to stand and remain active for the duration of the scheduled shift

• Visual and auditory acuity sufficient to perform job duties accurately and safely

• Moderate noise level in the work environment

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules based on business needs. All team members are expected to comply with company policies and procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and professional operations consistent with club standards.
