Pay: $90,000 – $130,000/yr (base + gross-profit commission - your upside is tied to what you build, and we'll show you the model with real numbers before you accept anything.)

This is a growth seat, not a caretaker seat. Read that twice before applying.

Our Cumming store runs $140k/month today with a strong technician team and a customer base that supports far more than we're capturing. Your mandate: take it past $220k/month and keep it there. If you want to run a store that already works and keep it warm - this is not your job, and you won't enjoy working with me. Same for our Sugar Hill store, except that one has capacity for 300k/month.

You'll own:

• The numbers that drive this store's P&L - gross profit dollars AND percentage, effective labor rate, production hours, and car count. You'll report these weekly and you'll know them cold.
• Hiring and developing advisors and technicians. Growth here comes through people you build, not hours you personally grind.
• Our system. We run defined processes (Tekmetric, digital inspections, documented standards). We'll teach you our playbook - the job is running it at a higher level, not installing your own.

You are:

• Someone who has grown a store or department and can name the numbers - where it was when you took it, where you took it, and the two or three mechanisms that did it. You'll be asked for these on the first phone call. "I ran a big store" is not the same answer.
• A standards-holder. When a good team member drifts, you correct - you don't accommodate. When a customer pushes on price, you build value - you don't discount. We'll test both.
• Comfortable being measured on two boxes: the behaviors and the numbers. Both matter here. One without the other doesn't survive.

Process - know this going in: short phone screen with two direct gate questions, a work-style assessment (less than 15 min) before any interview, one in-depth interview, reference calls, then a compensation model built on this store's actual numbers, so you see your real earnings path before you decide.

Experience: Automotive service management with demonstrated store growth (Required). Independent shop or dealership service-drive backgrounds welcome. Years matter less than trajectory.
