We are looking for a manager for our local restaurant. Ideal candidates will have experience with restaurant management, including scheduling, inventory control, and people management. Candidates should have a strong owner's mentality and a passion for great guest service. Restaurant Manager Benefits Base salary between $55-$65k based on experience Strong bonus plan based on performance and key indicators 2 weeks vacation per year Employee discount program Restaurant Manager Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor in a full-service environment Experience managing a diverse team Current food handler's card Experience with alcohol service, controls, and regulations Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Schedule and manage hourly team members with consistency and integrity Control inventory, including portion controls, purchasing, and tracking Train team members on proper guest service and uphold high standards Monitor quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings Participate in local marketing efforts Other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
