Inventory Analyst

Payrate: $27.03 - $27.03/hr.


Summary:
As an Inventory Analyst at you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory systems. You will collaborate cross-functionally with materials management, manufacturing engineering, and auditing teams to proactively manage inventory processes and resolve discrepancies.


Responsibilities

• Coordinate material processes to ensure alignment between system and physical inventory
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineers and Department Auditors to maintain point-of-use inventory accuracy
• Reconcile inventory variances and develop preventive measures to avoid recurrence
• Support monthly and annual financial inventory audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Skills

• Experience with SAP
• In-depth understanding of material flow processes
• Background in inventory management

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $27.03 - $27.03 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
