Are you a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist looking for a supportive environment where you can build a steady clientele without the stress and burnout of managing the business side of your career?
Spa Retreat is a warm, family-owned day spa located in the heart of historic Delaware, Ohio. We take care of scheduling, marketing, client communication, and front-desk support so you can focus on what you do best—providing exceptional care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customized, professional massage therapy sessions based on each client's needs and preferences.
- Conduct brief intake consultations and review relevant health history and treatment goals.
- Maintain a clean, peaceful, and properly sanitized treatment room.
- Complete accurate and timely client treatment notes.
- Provide a consistently warm, professional experience that encourages client retention and referrals.
- Work collaboratively with our spa team to provide an exceptional overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current Ohio State Medical Board Massage Therapy License or license actively pending.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in customized Swedish and Deep Tissue massage.
- Additional Modalities Are a Plus: Experience or certification in Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Prenatal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, or other specialty modalities is welcomed but not required.
- Professionalism: Reliable, compassionate, client-focused, and committed to providing excellent care.
- Experience: Experienced therapists and new graduates are both encouraged to apply!
