Assistant Retail Sales Manager

Peoples National Bank is seeking a highly motivated, customer oriented individual for the Assistant Retail Sales Manager position at our Centralia Branches.
This position manages branch staff and operations, achieves profitability & deposit growth goals, is a sales leader, manages cost effectiveness and ensures compliance with banking regulations/procedures/policies.

Responsibilities include:
Recruiting, training, and developing staff; completes and conducts performance appraisalOversees organization of banking center sales, operations, and service processesDevelops and manages profitable, multi-product relationships with individuals; provides exceptional customer serviceParticipates in: product development product & services changes delivery channels & alternatives Develops and implements tactics to drive deposit growth.Calls on existing and prospect customers to develop professional relationships; solicits new businessManages cost effectiveness of the banking center, maximizes profitabilityReviews, audits, modifies, and prepares a variety of operational and financial reports and general correspondence within required time limitsSupports Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) through business development efforts through community and civic involvement; educates banking center staff in CRA requirements; directs overall CRA efforts for the banking centerEnforces and ensures adherence of all company and banking policies and proceduresReinforces positive bank culture and actively participates in community eventsQualifications for position include:
Five years sales experience in financial servicesFive years of supervisory experience in the deposit and consumer loan products and services area of a financial services companyStrong knowledge of bank operations and policiesExcellent interpersonal communication skills and complaint resolution skillsAbility to read and interpret a variety of documents and reports including statistical informationProficient computer skills in a Windows environment Mindset focused on company growth and team development - Strong local network connectionsWe offer a generous benefits package, including:
