Senior Human Resources Generalist

Position: SR HR Generalist

Location: Marietta GA

Pay: $40-50/hr

Contract: 3+ months

Benefits: Eligible for health, dental, vision, 401k.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR compliance initiatives including FMLA, ADA, leave administration, workers' compensation, and employee relations matters
• Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor relationships, and regulatory reporting
• Oversee HRIS data integrity, process improvements, audits, and reporting
• Coordinate payroll activities and employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and separations
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook updates
• Conduct investigations and support performance management and corrective action processes
• Supervise and develop HR team members while partnering with leadership across the organization

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong background in employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and leave management
• Experience supporting multi-site organizations
• HRIS experience required; Paylocity experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR documentation, and compliance best practices
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
