From its iconic curved zinc bar and vintage mirrors to its lush outdoor dining space, Pastis Miami provides the perfect setting for guests to enjoy world-class hospitality and an exceptional selection of wines.
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Wine Director to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a wine professional with a deep appreciation for French wines to help shape and elevate the restaurant's beverage program. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in wine selection, purchasing, inventory management, and staff education, while playing an integral role in daily floor operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of French wines, including major Crus, Classified Growths, and key wine regions
- Minimum of 3 years managing a wine program, including list development, purchasing, inventory, and staff training
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant operations or beverage management experience
- Experience overseeing daily restaurant/ floor operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff
- Proficiency in beverage inventory systems and strong computer skills preferred
- Sommelier certification preferred
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach with a commitment to hospitality excellence
