Senior Contract Specialist

A leading real estate developer is seeking a Contract Specialist to support contract administration and operational processes across a dynamic business environment. This role will play a central role in how they structure, manage, and optimize contracts across their extensive nationwide portfolio. Responsibilities Manage contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documentation throughout the contract lifecycle. Maintain accurate records within contract management systems and ensure documentation is properly tracked and organized. Partner with internal stakeholders to support contract execution, compliance, and process efficiency. Assist with workflow improvements, reporting, and operational initiatives related to contract management. Coordinate across teams to ensure timely handling of agreements and related requests. Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, procurement, or related functions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
