Environmental Account Manager

Supporting a variety of administrative and sales tasks, the full-time Environmental Account Manager will build and maintain client relationships, process insurance changes, and ensure data integrity in remote environments. Key responsibilities Collaborates with producers and internal teams to develop and track customized service strategies for clients Handles insurance quotes and proposals, providing clients with detailed summaries to aid in purchasing decisions Maintains accurate client files and documentation in agency management systems, including policy information and correspondence Required qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance account management, preferably in the Excess & Surplus Insurance space Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Ability to adapt to new computer functions and processes Experience with environmental insurance is a plus Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
