Keenan Insurance is an independent property and casualty agency seeking a licensed Customer Service Representative. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in dependable work, and wants to build a career with an agency where they can grow and stay for years to come.

In this role, you’ll write new business and help existing clients with coverage questions, policy changes, payments, and renewals. You’ll work with insurance companies, identify additional coverage needs, and help clients understand their options.

What we’re looking for:

• An active Texas property and casualty insurance license
• Some experience working in insurance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A dependable, organized approach to following through for clients
