Responsibilities

Identify new opportunities for growth by connecting with prospective clients throughout the San Mateo area.

Review existing client accounts to ensure they have the protection that fits their current life stage.

Guide individuals through the process of selecting insurance coverage that provides real peace of mind.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales prospects through consistent outreach efforts.

Provide clear explanations of policy benefits and answer questions regarding coverage limits and premiums.

Collaborate with the agency owner to track progress toward sales goals and refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

California Property and Casualty insurance license.

Strong comfort level with cold calling and proactive outreach.

Demonstrated ability to manage a busy calendar and follow up on leads independently.

High level of proficiency using agency management systems and office productivity software.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.
