We respect the customer and their home, we deliver what we promise, and we clean up.Key Responsibilities:May pick up materials from warehouse to deliver to job site before or on installation dayPrep and install the flooring in steps according to company's procedures with high attention to detail and careKeep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environmentUnderstanding the scope of work of the project before you get there and familiarize yourself with the project fileResponsible to properly handle company machinery and power toolsKnowledge of units of measurement and able to complete simple math calculationsInteract with customers in a friendly and polite manner, must be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer's homeEnsure high quality company standards are met every timeWork to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the jobJob requires travel throughout the weekMaintain training, licenses, and insuranceQualifications:5 years in flooring installation preferredValid driver's license and functioning vehicleAbility to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedlyThe position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and liftingThis position travels to various work locations throughout the weekPay is variable based on the scope of jobValid Certificate of Insurance showing liability coverageCompensation: $500.00 per monthFloor Coverings International is the #1 mobile flooring franchise in North America.
