Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Union, NJ

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA with Butterfly ABA , you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $85 - $95/hour
Per Diem: Flexible, based on your availability
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Location: Union, NJ (Hybrid)
Requirements:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
