Creative Options, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our dedicated and professional staff are committed to providing opportunities for growth and empowering people to exercise control over their lives. A variety of supportive services are offered to ensure successful community living in our Adult Services and Youth Services Programs. Everything we do starts with the people and his/her needs, wants, and desires.

Creative Options is always looking to hire bright, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals who possess professional work ethics and have a strong desire and commitment to work with people who have disabilities. We are currently seeking qualified Full-time, Part-time, and weekend Direct Support Professionals ( DSPs) to work in residential locations on the east and west side of Baltimore MD

DSP Adult Residential Services -

Awake Overnight Weekend Shift Available

Supervises, supports, and assists people with disabilities in their home environments in the performance of daily living skills and may provide leisure activities designed to promote community integration.

Requirements

Valid MD driver's license with no more than 2 points
21 years of age or older
Experience working in the Human Service is beneficial
Experience working with BEHAVIORAL

Preferred Requirements

2-5 years of experience working as a Direct Support professional
Active CMT
Active Mandt Certification
