Senior Plaintiff’s Attorney - Litigation Practice

A nationally recognized, confidential plaintiff-side law firm is expanding its St. Louis, Missouri office and seeking an attorney with a strong litigation background. This firm is a leader in advocating for individuals who have suffered serious, life-changing injuries — and its St. Louis office is at the heart of that mission.Attorneys with experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, toxic tort, mass tort, products liability, occupational disease, or related plaintiff-side litigation are encouraged to apply. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm headquartered in St. Louis that has built a national reputation for exceptional legal advocacy and meaningful results for its clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a caseload of plaintiff-side cases from intake through resolution, including maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships.Act as a primary point of contact and advocate for clients dealing with serious and life-altering medical or injury diagnoses.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents at the highest standard.Conduct depositions, argue motions, attend hearings, and participate in settlement negotiations and trial proceedings.Work alongside a nationally experienced litigation team on strategy development, case planning, and coordinated advocacy efforts.Maintain disciplined case management: tracking deadlines, organizing files, and leveraging technology to stay ahead of a demanding docket.What You Bring to the Table:Active Missouri Bar license in good standing (required).Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience with demonstrated skill in drafting, depositions, and courtroom advocacy.Strong preference for plaintiff-side civil litigation background (personal injury, toxic tort, mass tort, occupational disease, etc.).Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a heavy docket without sacrificing quality.A client-first mentality with the empathy and professionalism needed to serve clients facing serious health challenges.Trial experience preferred but not required.What the Firm Offers:High-impact, meaningful legal work representing seriously injured clients in a city you know.Competitive salary: $110,000–$170,000 annually, commensurate with experience.Excellent benefits package: health, dental, vision, and retirement plan.A firm culture that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and attorney development.Headquartered in St. Louis — this is a genuine local opportunity with national-caliber work and resources.For a confidential discussion or to apply, contact Jeff Roberts at L&W Recruiting:Phone/Text: 973-995-7054Email: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
