Role Overview: As a key member of our clinical laboratory team, you will work closely with the Laboratory Director to conduct a wide range of lab tests. Your expertise will ensure precise results and uphold our stringent quality control standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology (MLT/MT) or a related field from an accredited institution.
• ASCP certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Expertise in laboratory procedures, equipment management, and quality control.
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems and related computer technologies.
