Medical Laboratory Technologist - ASCP Certified

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
Role Overview: As a key member of our clinical laboratory team, you will work closely with the Laboratory Director to conduct a wide range of lab tests. Your expertise will ensure precise results and uphold our stringent quality control standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology (MLT/MT) or a related field from an accredited institution.
- ASCP certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
- Expertise in laboratory procedures, equipment management, and quality control.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
- Proficiency with laboratory information systems and related computer technologies.
