Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Truck Driver role based in Tinton Falls, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility for administrative and scheduling tasks. The Truck Driver will operate company trucks to transport materials, documents, and equipment safely and efficiently between designated locations. Daily responsibilities include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, following all DOT regulations, loading and unloading cargo, and maintaining accurate delivery logs and records. The role also involves coordinating with office staff on delivery schedules, communicating any delays or issues, and ensuring all vehicles are kept clean and in good working order. The driver will be expected to uphold high safety standards and represent Moriarty Law LLC professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license and a strong track record in Truck Driving.
• Experience with safe loading, Unloading, and handling of cargo.
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance procedures.
• Ability to operate and maintain a Truck and related equipment safely.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass required background and drug screenings.
• Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required and work in varying weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
