Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst 2 to join their team. As a Technology Operations Analyst 2, you will be part of the Technology Operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC, Columbus, OH, Irving, TX, Chandler, AZ

What's the Job?

• Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for technology operations improvements.

• Evaluate basic or tactical challenges requiring research and evaluation.

• Provide centralized command and control for major incident management, focusing on restoring business services.

• Review, analyze, and escalate issues from key metric analysis, event monitors, and documented changes.

• Develop knowledge of business cycles and assess the impact of technology events on the organization and support areas.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

• Solid technical foundation in identity and access management (IAM).

• Experience processing access requests through ticketing and workflow systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to support multiple IAM functions or queues.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
