Caregiver Supervisor

Overview Full Time | St. Louis, MO Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Caregiver Supervisor to support our clients and caregiving teams throughout the St. Louis area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, coaching and supporting caregivers, ensuring quality care, and serving as a trusted resource for both clients and staff. What You\'ll Do Conduct client visits and field supervision visits Support, train, and mentor caregivers in the field Assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff Ensure new cases are opened according to company standards Complete required documentation and client records accurately and timely Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers Identify and address concerns while promoting quality care and customer satisfaction Partner with office leadership to support daily operations and service excellence Report and follow up on field performance concerns Assist with outreach efforts, activities, and events Assist with recruiting events Assist with additional operational and office responsibilities as needed What We\'re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required CNA certification preferred but not required Minimum 1-2 years of professional caregiving experience Additional supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability to travel throughout the service area Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why Phoenix Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance PTO Career growth opportunities Ongoing training and development Supportive leadership team Meaningful work that impacts lives every day Mission-driven culture built on compassion, honesty, and patience At Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, we create New Beginnings for our clients, caregivers, and team members every day.
