Industrial Maintenance TechnicianThe Job Shop and Technical Staffing Danville, KY

Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for an opportunity in the Danville area. This role is vital for keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly by performing proactive maintenance, troubleshooting complex equipment, and minimizing facility downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, assembly lines, and plant equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Diagnose machine malfunctions quickly and execute effective repairs to reduce production downtime.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere strictly to all plant safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
