Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in a dynamic ICU setting.
• Assist in the management and implementation of patient care plans.
• Respond to codes and rapid responses within the hospital.
• Titrate critical drips including pressors, sedation, and antiarrhythmics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including RTs and hospitalists.
• Float within a designated region to provide ICU coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and ability to work in Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, with charge nurse experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Experience with Epic charting system desired.
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips independently.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and float across facilities as required.
