Responsibilities: Warmly greet and engage with customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Efficiently process orders and transactions with accuracy and a smile. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including new items and promotions. Handle customer queries and concerns with patience, empathy, and understanding at all times. Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness in the restaurant. Collaborate with the team to implement new policies and procedures. Skills: At least 1 year of experience in a quick-service environment. A friendly and positive attitude, with a knack for excellent customer service. Adaptability to work with a diverse range of customers and team members. Strong problem-solving skills and patience. Completed or willing to complete California ServSafe certification.
