Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A relief pharmacist opportunity is available at a 25-bed critical access hospital located in a small town on the Washington/Oregon border. This per diem position offers a chance to support a tight-knit healthcare facility with a focus on quality patient care. The role requires at least one year of current hospital pharmacy experience.

Initial training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition before coverage dates begin. Coverage is needed on select days throughout July, August, and Fridays in September. The shifts run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with pharmacy technician support, and there is no on-call requirement.

• Schedule: Per diem, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM shifts on scheduled dates
• Coverage Dates: July 16, 17, 20, 23, 24, 30, 31; August 6, 7, 14, 15, 20, 21, 24, 25; Fridays in September

• Technology: Cerner electronic medical records and Pyxis medication dispensing system

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent hospital pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with Cerner and Pyxis preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting
