MQSA 24 months of case logs. Must have EPIC proficiency. Wil aslo be asked to cross credential at Tidelands Georgetown to help with coverage when needed. $500 flat rate for completion of hospital modules and epic personalization airline, lodging and car rental, if using car rental will not cover toll pass convenience. active SC license or FCVS - must have either one active Provider will need to have dosimetry badge on first day of shift, Agency needs to provide and MUSC will reimburse up to $200.
