Lead Clinical RN

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Lead Clinical RN to coordinate high-quality patient care on our acute care unit. In this role, you will provide direct bedside nursing, oversee clinical workflows, and serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care planning, implement evidence-based practices, and ensure regulatory and safety standards are met. The Lead Clinical RN supports staff education, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and helps foster a compassionate, patient-centered culture aligned with HCA Healthcare’s mission and values.
