ServiceNow Business Architect Introduction:
The ServiceNow Business Architect will play a crucial role in our team, with a focus on combining business analysis and technical architecture to deliver scalable solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

This position will involve working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and translate those requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes

Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions

Design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

Ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions

Requirements:
Required Skills: ServiceNow Architecture, Business System Analysis, Pharma Domain Experience, ITSM Certifications

Preferred Skills: Workflow, IT Service Management, IT Architecture, Software Design, Business Analysis

Experience working with Pharma clients

Experience working in New Jersey

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in ServiceNow Architecture and Business System Analysis, with experience working in the Pharma industry.

They should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, defining processes, and designing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Strong technical knowledge and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams are essential for success in this role.
