Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication needs in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time role runs from August 31, 2026, through June 3, 2027, and provides critical speech and language services across a diverse caseload of approximately 38-40 students. The position is onsite and gives you the chance to collaborate with educators and families at various school levels, including elementary, middle, and high schools.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid Wisconsin licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Solid ability to assess, plan, implement, and document speech-language interventions
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district policies
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding speech-language protocols and best practices
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
