Senior Project Manager

Overview Wilson Engineers is a respected Arizona-based consulting firm delivering innovative water and wastewater engineering and construction management solutions for communities throughout the region. Department Water/Wastewater Location Tempe, AZ Responsibilities Work independently on large projects and/or assist other civil engineers as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Work on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and cost estimates for various water and wastewater infrastructure projects, permitting and alternative analysis. Prepare, coordinate, and monitor projects from initial conception to final completion. Monitor compliance of project to ensure industry codes and practices are adhered to and performance standards met. Work in a team environment with studies, detailed design and engineering services during construction. Give technical direction to a team to complete design tasks and elements. Qualifications Civil Engineering Degree with PE license (PE license preferred). Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Water/Wastewater related design and experience with construction-related engineering services with at least (5) years of project management experience. Demonstrated experience working in Water and Wastewater field including design of treatment facilities, collection systems, booster and pump stations, water, reclaimed water, and wastewater master plans. Experience with construction-related engineering services with the ability to review Shop Drawings, RFIs, issuing Engineers Directives etc. Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software capabilities.
