REGISTERED NURSE (RN) FT NIGHTS

Job Summary AMG Specialty Hospital – Muncie offers a full‑time RN position for night shifts with a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, higher hourly rates than market, and shift differentials for night and weekend shifts. Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care in the acute care setting. Communicate with physicians, CCO/co‑workers, and patients regarding changes in clinical condition, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Manage complex medical conditions such as respiratory failure requiring ventilation, high‑flow, BiPAP, CPAP, and nasal cannula; sedation/pain management; blood pressure management; cardiac/anti‑arrhythmic management; complicated infections requiring long‑term IV antibiotics; chronic non‑healing wounds requiring wound vacs and dressing changes. Compensation Pay up to $45 per hour based on years of experience, ICU experience, and national certifications; higher hourly rates than market. Shift differentials are paid for all night and weekend shifts. $10,000 sign‑on bonus or tuition reimbursement, subject to a 2‑year commitment.
