Maintenance Technician IIThis position is located at 2401 Green Ln, Levittown, Pennsylvania, 19057 United StatesThe Maintenance Technician II is a mid-level technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated systems, conveyors, and facility equipment. This role serves as a primary responder to equipment issues and supports preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives. Success requires reliability, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.Shift: Sunday - Wednesday; 2:30 pm - 1 amRole ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (up to 480V)Maintain motors, VFDs, sensors, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatic systemsTroubleshot automation systems (conveyors, sortation, ASRS, packaging equipment)Resolve jams, sensor faults, and minor electrical or pneumatic failuresPerform preventive maintenance and system calibrationsRead and interpret electrical schematics; perform basic PLC/HMI diagnosticsDocument work orders and maintenance activities in CMMSIdentify equipment issues and support continuous improvement and RCA effortsCollaborate with team members, vendors, and support staff; assist junior techniciansRequired SkillsElectrical and mechanical troubleshootingPneumatics and conveyor systems knowledgeBasic PLC and controls understandingStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentRole QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)2+ years of industrial maintenance experienceExperience with automation, conveyors, electrical, and mechanical systemsAbility to read schematics and perform basic PLC troubleshootingFamiliarity with CMMS systemsPhysical RequirementsStand and walk throughout a shiftClimb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periodsReach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 poundsOperate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movementsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.The PerksURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
