Sports-Minded Sales Rep → Management Track | Legacy Windows

Legacy Windows is hiring competitive, coachable people who want a fast track into leadership — not just a sales job. No window or home improvement experience needed. If you can be coached and you want to win, we'll teach you the rest.

The Path: Entry-level outside sales → field leader → management. We promote from within, and we mean it — most of our current leaders started exactly where you'd be starting.

What You'll Do

Talk with homeowners face-to-face about window replacement
Generate leads and set qualified appointments
Run a proven sales process (we train you — no experience required)
Get daily field coaching from leaders who've done the job
Compete individually while building toward a leadership role

Who Fits
Former athletes, team captains, coaches, servers, bartenders, retail or customer service pros, missionaries, recent grads — anyone competitive, coachable, and hungry to grow. Prior sales experience helps but isn't required.

Requirements

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and able to travel a 20-mile radius
Strong communicator, positive attitude, coachable
