CNC Operator
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Operator workers for a manufacturing and industrial equipment production company in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this role, youll independently operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality precision components while supporting a team dedicated to innovation and craftsmanship. Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision parts
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Monitor machine performance and make offsets to maintain quality standards
Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and material issues during production
Set up and adjust CNC machines for different production runs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
12 years of CNC machining experience required
Ability to safely and independently operate CNC lathes and milling machines
Experience setting up and adjusting CNC equipment for production runs
Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and machining issues
High School Diploma or equivalent required
