Housing Mobile Peer Specialist: Recovery Advocate
Community Access
Community Access is looking for a Housing Mobile Team Peer Specialist in New York City. This role involves using lived experience to support tenants with mental health challenges, helping them manage crises and maintain housing. Key duties include engaging participants, completing assessments, and ensuring thorough documentation of services provided. The ideal candidate will hold a NYCPS or CRPA certification, have a minimum of two years’ related experience, and demonstrate a commitment to person-centered care.
