Learning Systems Architect, Senior Provide strategic and tactical advice and develops learning solutions on learning technology systems and cloud-based technologies, including learning management systems (LMS) to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. You Have: 5+ years of experience leading Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Talent Management System (TMS) technical implementations for SaaS and cloud-based platforms and products Experience working with customers to successfully conduct technology-based needs assessments, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment Experience using Microsoft Office Experience facilitating or working on Agile teams Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience delivering professional services to the federal government Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology Project Management Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
