Ranpak is looking for a sharp, proactive Cost Accountant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the financial backbone of our cutting-edge manufacturing and automation initiatives.

This isn’t just about crunching numbers—it’s about driving smarter decisions, optimizing performance, and fueling growth across the business.

• Be the Cost Detective : Analyze raw materials, labor, and inventory to uncover insights that drive efficiency and profitability.

• Bridge Finance and Operations : Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Purchasing to develop machine costing and support new product initiatives.

• Master the Data : Own monthly production data analysis from our SAP ERP system and ensure accurate revenue recognition for automation projects.

• Lead with Precision : Maintain fixed assets, reconcile general ledger accounts, and support audits with detailed schedules and roll-forwards.

• Support Innovation : Help planners close production orders, track labor hours, and manage internal projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible.

• Be a Cross-Functional Hero : Partner across departments to ensure item master accuracy and contribute to special projects that make a real impact.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting (CMA or MBA a plus!)

• 3–5 years of cost accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or automation environment.

• Proficiency in SAP and Excel , with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.

• A collaborative spirit and a detail-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
