Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM until finish (typically 5:30 PM-6:00 PM). One Saturday per month required and paid at the applicable overtime rate.

Job Summary: Our Client in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Dispatcher to join their Operations Department. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity paying $22.50 per hour. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be motivated to build relationships with carriers while supporting daily logistics operations. No prior dispatch experience is required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities
• Work with existing carriers to maximize backhaul opportunities and build new routes.
• Communicate effectively with carriers to coordinate transportation and logistics needs.
• Learn dispatch operations through hands-on training and mentorship.
• Support daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with carriers and business partners.
• Assist the team in achieving operational goals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and communicate updates regarding delivery schedules and route changes.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve logistical challenges and support workflow efficiency.

Requirements
• No prior dispatch experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Marketing experience preferred.
• Bartending experience preferred.
• Social media experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
