Power BI Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst contractor to design and develop interactive dashboards that meet business requirements. The role involves replicating an existing BI dashboard data structure and collaborating with stakeholders to define data needs, extract and model data, and deliver actionable insights through visual analytics. Key Responsibilities Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements. Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across BI systems. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models. Prepare and transform data using Power Query and SQL. Maintain and optimize data models for performance and scalability. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience with SQL, including complex query development and optimization. 5+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization. Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices. Proficiency in Power Query and SQL Server. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
