Senior.Net/EDI DeveloperMicroHealth is seeking a Senior.Net/EDI Developer to join a diverse SAFe/Agile,.Net, EDI environment. This senior-level position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision amid constantly changing requirements. The Senior EDI Developer will design, configure, support, and enhance COTS-based healthcare solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as CORE and CMMI practices. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality EDI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, document, test, and debug new and existing EDI systems and applicationsSupport and maintain EDIFECS-based healthcare clearinghouse platformsPerform CORE validation and compliance activitiesConfigure and validate firewall rulesApply recurring ECL releases (quarterly and annual) across multiple environmentsTranslate business requirements into system definitions and technical solutionsCreate detailed technical specifications based on conceptual designs and stated requirementsParticipate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) aligned with CMMI Level 3 practicesAnalyze system configuration and end-to-end transactional mappings to identify and resolve issuesMaintain configuration and version control using Azure DevOpsSupport and maintain ETL platforms across multiple Medicaid state implementationsReview and respond to critical and non-critical system alertsConfigure and map ANSI X12N 5010 transaction setsParticipate in CMMI audits and quality reviewsEnsure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirementsPerform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer softwareMaintain responsibility for activities ranging from software design, coding, unit testing, and orchestrationParticipate as an active member of the scrum team, contributing to team velocity and sprint ceremonies, planning, and demonstrationsRequired Qualifications7+ years of total work experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)Demonstrated experience with EDIFECS in a healthcare EDI environmentStrong knowledge of ANSI X12N 5010 transaction setsExperience working with Linux, relational databases, reporting tools, and ETL platformsExperience using Azure DevOps for configuration and version controlWorking knowledge of CORE certification requirementsFamiliarity with CMMI standard practicesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting multi-state Medicaid implementationsExperience in healthcare clearinghouse environmentsExperience supporting version upgrades and production releasesFamiliarity with firewall rule configuration and validationCore CompetenciesAdvanced EDI configuration and mapping expertiseStrong understanding of software architecture and implementation methodologiesAbility to analyze system gaps and recommend improvementsExperience collaborating with business and technical stakeholdersCommitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvementExperience developing secure web applications using.Net 4.x FrameworkProficiency in C#, Webforms, MVC, Web API, ADO.Net, and Entity FrameworkExperience with web-service development: SOAP/XML, REST, JSON, WSDL, jQuery, Bootstrap, Ajax, CSSStrong knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts, principles, and design patternsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodology and SAFe AgileFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, DevOps/CICD pipelines, and OWASP vulnerabilitiesExperience with GitHub or GitExperience creating and maintaining SQL tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggersExperience with SSDT and MS SSRSExperience with .NET Core FrameworkSalary: $115,000 - $135,000Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
