CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

$18–$19 per hour , depending on experience.

We are looking for a professional, organized and service-oriented individual to be part of our Customer Service team.
If you have experience serving clients, answering calls, following up on orders, or solving problems, we want to hear from you.
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
You will be one of the main points of contact between the company and our customers.
Your job will be to make sure that each client receives clear information, prompt attention, and professional follow-up.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Answer phone calls and messages from customers.
• Answer questions about products, orders, and services.
• Follow up on quotes and orders.
• Coordinate information between clients and the internal team.
• Solve problems and follow up until a solution is found.
• Keep customer and order information up to date.
• Make follow-up calls.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
• Support the sales team when needed.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO HAS:
✓ Previous experience in Customer Service or customer service.
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication.
✓ Good handling of the phone.
✓ Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
✓ Organization and attention to detail.
✓ Ability to solve problems.
✓ Positive and professional attitude.
✓ Good computer and email skills.
✓ Ability to work in a team.
Bilingual Spanish and English will be highly valued.
IT WILL BE A PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
• Windows and doors.
• Orders and quotes.
• Attention to contractors and homeowners.
