Softball - Graduate Assistant

Waldorf University (NAIA/GPAC) - Graduate Assistant - Softball The Graduate Assistant appointment includes a 12-term online graduate tuition waiver (18 months to 2 years) and a stipend of $10,350 per year (paid over 9 months). The work/stipend schedule will be determined based on the academic calendar, starting at the end of July and no later than mid-August. Primary Responsibilities Assist in monitoring the academic progress of student athletes Oversee weight-training and conditioning sessions Perform individual skill-development workouts Conduct film exchange sessions Provide onsite coaching duties Learn and participate in all phases of the recruiting process Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach Requirements Prior collegiate playing or coaching experience A dedication to students and an interest in pursuing a career in coaching and/or administration A valid driver’s license with a good driving record Evenings and weekend travel required Completion of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2.5 GPA, meeting acceptance standards of the graduate program (details at Assistantship Start Date End of July, no later than mid-August.
