Bindery Operator

Job Description Shift Position: 1st Shift, air-conditioned facility! Flexible hours and training provided! Set up and operate rewind/bindery machines according to work order Maintain an organized work environment Follow all quality control procedures and check all work for accuracy Report and consult with staff when inaccuracies are found to ensure revisions are made properly and in a timely manner Lift and load paper rolls onto machines, and remove finished rolls from machines and carts Meet schedules and tight deadlines while maintaining quality work Work closely with other team members to exceed customer expectations Work a full-time schedule, including occasional overtime on weekends Operate pallet jacks to transport paper as needed Other duties as assigned Works well in a team environment and communicates needs and objectives with all team members Strong problem-solving skills Good communication and comprehension skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Able to stand for long periods of time Service-minded and motivated to succeed Excellent attendance Able to troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to machine setup Machine operating experience Company Description About SCRATCH OFF SYSTEMS The highest rated scratch off printer What attracts people to our company and sets us apart from the competition, our in-house production, seasoned production team and award-winning design team.
