THE OPPORTUNITY You'll build a territory from the ground up — opening law-enforcement, first-responder, municipal/government, and commercial fleet accounts across your assigned territory, running our Fleet Evaluation Program, and building the relationships that turn a first trial into a full-fleet conversion. This is a consultative, proof-driven sale to people who protect their communities and answer for their budgets. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own and grow the territory: prospect, qualify, and close fleet accounts (Law Enforcement, Fire/EMS, municipal/government, commercial). Sell consultatively to fleet managers, maintenance leaders, chiefs, procurement, and finance — value, not price. Run the PureForge Fleet Evaluation Program from trial to fleet-wide adoption. Build a forecastable pipeline in the CRM (MEDDICC). Partner with distributors, upfitters, and channel partners. Represent PureForge at industry events (NAFA, Police Fleet Expo, ALERT, AAPEX, SAE Events, etc.). WHAT YOU BRING Required 3+ years B2B field/outside sales with a track record of developing a territory. Experience selling into fleet maintenance, commercial or municipal fleets, law enforcement, first responders, or the automotive aftermarket. Consultative selling; established industry relationships you can activate day one. Based within the territory — this is a remote role covering your assigned region (Texas-based preferred, not required). Highly desirable Experience calling on non-law-enforcement fleets — a significant plus. Brake / automotive-aftermarket background; fleet-manager or EVOC experience; government procurement; distributor/rep models. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base $70,000 + uncapped commission. On-target earnings around $150,000 in year one, growing to $200,000+ in year two as your territory ramps. Plus equity options — share in the growth you help build.
