Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base and support existing clients. This role focuses on B2B sales within the plastics and industrial materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable material solutions
• Coordinate with technical teams to provide product support
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
• Track sales activities and meet monthly targets

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience (industrial, plastics, or manufacturing preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand technical products
• Bilingual (English/Chinese or Spanish) is a plus

Pay:  

90days probation

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year + Commission
