Exer seeks a Technical Services Agent to provide internal IT help desk support and onsite clinic assistance. Based in El Segundo, CA, you will support staff across clinics and corporate offices, resolve software/hardware issues, and coordinate with vendors as needed. You will travel to LA, Ventura, and OC counties, cover evenings, weekends and holidays as part of a 7-day week schedule, and work under the Director of Technical Services to deliver exemplary customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
