Our office offers a variety of opportunities in facility staff relief, private duty, home visits, and wellness events. Assignments are based on your availability, skills, qualifications, and experience. Give us the opportunity to find an assignment for you! Our needs can change by the hour and we are always looking for top talent to add to our team. Pay ranges vary by assignment based on service type, shift day and shift time. Hourly Pay up to $36.

Basic Requirements

• Current, Unrestricted NC or Compact (Multistate) LPN License
• 1 year of LPN experience within the last 3 years
• Two professional clinical references that we can contact

Must Complete/Provide Upon Hire

• Current BLS certification (no online courses)
• Clinical Skills assessment and checklist
• Health Attestation Form
• Current 2-Step PPD or Chest X-ray
• Criminal history report with no activity listed
• Pre-employment drug screen
• OSHA & Joint Commission In-Services
• Other credentials as required by our various clients
