Overview Construction Project Executive | Orange County, CA | Healthcare and Luxury Hospitality Construction Project Executive role in Orange County leading healthcare, luxury hospitality, and high-end residential programs with a top Southern California builder. Our client is a top Orange County GC with a premium portfolio and a reputation for delivering complex projects with exceptional standards. This executive role carries portfolio-level profit and loss ownership, leads multiple project teams, and reports directly to company leadership. You will oversee healthcare, luxury hospitality and resort, and high-end residential projects across Orange County and Southern California, leading programs valued from $100 million upward for sophisticated owners with the highest expectations for quality and execution. Qualifications 15+ years of commercial construction leadership experience. Healthcare, luxury hospitality, or high-end residential experience preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Executive presence and team leadership skills. Compensation Base salary range of $185,000 to $240,000, plus a substantial annual bonus, long-term incentive, equity participation at the executive level, and full benefits. Total compensation reflects a top-tier leadership role. Orange County continues to see strong healthcare expansion, luxury hospitality and resort development, and high-end residential activity supported by a deep and affluent client base. Senior construction executives who can deliver complex, premium projects remain in limited supply. This is a top-of-market leadership role with a clear path to Vice President, Regional President, and equity ownership.
