Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect Location: Union Beach, NJ(onsite) Fulltime Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Lead / Principal Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and extensive expertise in ServiceNow platform governance, architecture, digital transformation, ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will lead platform strategy, roadmap planning, solution architecture, service delivery, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives. Experience:

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations and transformations.
• Experience managing global teams and vendor engagements.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale ServiceNow programs.

• Employee Center, CSM , Flow Designer , Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs
• JavaScript, Performance Analytics
• AI/GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow
• Agile and ITIL methodologies

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow CIS - ITSM
• ServiceNow CIS - HRSD
• ServiceNow CIS - CSM
• ServiceNow CIS - Discovery
• ITIL Foundation / Managing Professional
• Agile/Scrum Certification

• Own and govern the ServiceNow platform roadmap, release management, backlog prioritization, and platform lifecycle.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, best practices, and architecture principles.
• Lead platform modernization initiatives and adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.
• Define operational metrics, and continuous improvement strategies.

• Design scalable enterprise solutions across ServiceNow modules including:
• ITSM , HRSD, ITOM, CSM, CMDB & CSDM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Employee Center
• Provide architecture leadership for complex business transformations.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.

• Lead integer at ions between ServiceNow and enterprise applications such as:
• SAP, Intune, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, CrowdStrike
• Leany, Apptio, Horizons, BT Digital Services
• Identity and Asset Management platforms
• Define integration architecture using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and event-driven designs.

• Lead CMDB strategy, governance, data quality initiatives, and service mapping programs.
• Establish data models, reconciliation policies, and lifecycle governance.
• Drive CSDM adoption and alignment across business and technical services.

• Manage large-scale ServiceNow programs from requirements through production support.
• Lead SOW development, project estimation, budget planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with business leaders, vendors, architects, and development teams.

• Lead global development and support teams.
• Mentor developers, architects, business analysts, and administrators.
• Drive delivery excellence, resource planning, and knowledge management initiatives.
